YOGA FOR ALL
Tuesday, 17:15 – 18:30 pm
This class is perfect for beginners as well as more seasoned yogis who want to focus on systematically strengthening their practice. The class both soothes your nervous system through a somatic centering and warm-up and guides you through more challenging strength-based exercises.
Wednesday, 8:30 – 9:45 am
This class incorporates slow, mindful movements to create body and mind awareness, soothe the nervous system, and heal tension-based patterns in the body. We’ll focus on building foundational strength to assist and support your daily life and prevent injuries.
Wednesday, 17:15 – 18:30 pm
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. By stretching and deepening into poses for longer periods, we’re opening up blockages, releasing energy to flow freely, and lengthening rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through any discomfort.
Thursday, 7:30 – 8:30 pm
A low-impact classic Pilates class focused on awakening the core and spine. Expect a mind-body flow with the benefits of building core strength, endurance, balance, muscle tone, postural alignment, and spinal stability.
What a beautiful space and teachers! I leave every class with a still mind and an activated body.
