RESTORATIVE & YIN
with Nicky
Monday, 5:15 – 6:15 pm
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. By stretching and deepening into poses for longer periods, we’re opening up blockages, releasing energy to flow freely, and lengthening rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through any discomfort.

KUNDALINI
with Karin
Friday, 7:30 – 9 am
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic yoga style, both physically therapeutic and spiritually touching. Brought out of secrecy in it´s precision by Yogi Bhajan in the 1960´s, it is a profound art offering postures, movement, breath and mantra. Intentionally designed sequences activate and strengthen the body and responding energy channels, especially good for getting things un-stuck and realigning the central nervous system.
